If you are our customer, donator, you have subscribed to our newsletter or you are a visitor to our website, you provide your personal data to us. We are responsible for protection and security of such data. Please, study the personal data protection guidelines and your rights in connection with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

We have a responsible approach to the administration and processing of your personal data which complies with applicable regulations. The new Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on personal data protection (the “GDPR”) introduces additional requirements in this area. Declaration

As controller of your personal data, we declare that we comply with any and all statutory obligations required by applicable laws and regulations, in particular, by the Act on the Protection of Personal Data and by the GDPR and, hence, that we: will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal ground, consisting, in particular, in legitimate interest, performance of a contract, legal obligation or granted consent.

Obtaining and processing personal data

When you visit our website, our web servers record the IP address that had been allocated to you by the Internet services provider, the website from which you come to our website, the websites you visit and the date and duration of your visit in a standard manner. Personal data are only recorded if you provide them to us based on your own will, for example, in the registration process, when you respond to a questionnaire, when we announce a prize contest or for performance of a contract.

Security

TEREZA adopts technical, organisational and security measures to protect the data held by it against tampering, loss, destruction and intervention of unauthorised persons. Our security measures keep improving with technology advances.

Using and sharing personal data

TEREZA uses your personal data for technical administration of its website, customer administration, for questionnaires relating to products and for marketing purposes always only in the extent which is necessary to ensure the above purposes.

We share personal data with government facilities and authorities only within binding regulations. Our partners, agencies and merchants are bound by the non-disclosure obligation by us through executing our Processing Agreement.

The right of access provides an opportunity for you to contact us anytime and we will inform you about the personal data that we process about you and why within 30 days. Please contact us at team@lessonsingrass.com.

Cookies

TEREZA uses cookies to monitor preferences of visitors and to develop its website optimally in line with these preferences. Cookies are small “files” that are stored on your hard drive. This facilitates navigation and makes the website user-friendly to a high standard. Cookies can be used to discover whether you have already visited our website from your computer. Only the cookie in your computer is identified. You can deactivate the use of cookies in your Internet browser.

Right to portability

You have the right to take your personal data and transfer them to another entity if you wish. In that case, please contact us at team@lessonsingrass.com and we will transfer your data within 30 days.

Right to erasure (the right to be forgotten)

You have the right to erasure (the right to be forgotten). We do not want to forget you but if you wish, we will erase all your personal data from our system and from the system of all sub-processors and from any back-up systems. We need 30 days to comply with the right to erasure. We will erase all personal data that are not subject to any other law. We will send a message to your e-mail address to inform you about completion of the erasure.

Complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection

If you feel that we to not handle your data in line with the law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection anytime. We would be very glad if you informed us beforehand at team@lessonsingrass.com so that we could remedy any default, if possible.

Unsubscribing from receiving newsletters and commercial messages

We send e-mail messages containing inspiration, articles or products and services if you are our client, donator or if you had specifically subscribed to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from receiving our newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in each e-mail we send to you.

Confidentiality

We would like to warrant and assure you that our staff and partners that will process your personal data are obliged to keep confidential personal data and security measures the disclosure of which would jeopardise the security of your personal data. The confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of obligations you owe to us. Without your consent, we will not share your personal data with any third party.

These personal data processing guidelines enter into force on 1 March 2022.
